There's an actual recording of them planning a coup before the election, and yet they are still free. Absolutely insane.
Bourgeois democracies are absolutely incompetent at dealing with fascists. Lula's government will continue to slide rightwards as he gives more concessions to neoliberals as well.
Brasil is turning into an openly authoritarian regime. And even if he in fact go to jail, this wont result in the people who vote for him changing their minds, maybe they get even more radicalized; also, if this happens every other candidate is vulnerable to be put out by the judiciary, that favors mostly the imperialists interests.
