Funny how he always purposes to end the war specifically when his arm is getting it's teeth punched down its throat. But only if the give and take of negotiations is "Ukraine gives everything that Russia is trying to take."

Yes, the russian army has been losing the war for two years. That's why Ukraine continues to advance backwards!
