How is the Protonmail mobile client compared to fastmail? Just asking in case someone has used both.

I really like Fastmail though. So many useful features everywhere and it's very fast.

I realize I have no privacy from governments however. Fastmail is part of 5 eyes pact.

Irritating thing with protonmail client on android is that there are instances when you open it, it will briefly display the inbox content before slapping the lock screen up. This is, obviously, a risk.

This is likely because the app has been cached by the OS and then once it loads realizes it needs to prompt for authentication again. I see the same thing happening with work apps like teams and Outlook where it opens to what I had been previously looking at before locking and asking for authentication.
