iPhones have "parts pairing" (DRM in their parts). This right to repair laws is toothless against Apple. You still don't have the right to repair any Apple device because you'd have to get around parts pairing and the DMCA (which is federal law, overrides state law).

There was a reason that Apple backed this law, because it will applies to everyone but them.
