It's Action 4 weather, Action 4 being the news program and channel.
I prefer Action Weather 4, sounds like a wicked 80s action movie, about a retired mercenary turned weatherman who has to come out of retirement to use his new found knowledge of weather patterns to take out his long time nemesis The Storm.
I'd watch that at least twice.
Action Weather 1 through 3 were just ok.
I’m pretty sure we have an Action Weather in my area too, which is not where OP is.
