Where can I find saved drafts?

I would also like an option to be able to either ask if I want to save the draft or just turn them off entirely and not be prompted.

It doesn't prompt you to save drafts. Drafts are always saved automatically. I can add a setting to disable them. Drafts are accessed in the create post/comment screen. The icon looks like a page.
