Rules:

  6. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

I would like to know more. Very much on my own here. I have a SHTF place, with guns, ammo, clothes, food, shelter, all that. LOL, maybe I should be the guy offering support to neighbors.

Doubt you'll find something on this site: https://www.mutualaidhub.org/

Locally for me it has been getting involved in the local community: maker space (we made masks during COVID), bicycle group, and a very radical church with a community pantry. But it sounds like those things might not be available where you are, so it might instead be getting involved in a foraging group or other local activities that make sense. Sharing local knowledge outside the Internet is a good habit in case if shit goes south.

Been meaning to look into foraging. I've got 2.5 acres in a Florida swamp and I'd starve to death quick. How can that be?! I need to learn more.
