ugh, didn't check the date on the TASS link. There is apparently a new proposal, but the only western source I could find is the daily mail which I didn't want to link to https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12965767/President-Zelensky-asks-Switzerland-organise-high-level-peace-conference.html
