Ah, yes, Both Sides(tm) is when there is military action, regardless of the reason.
I think this is pointing out that the US would be aiding the genocide regardless of which party was holding the presidency, which is entirely accurate.
I'm fairly certain, since the title and the depiction are of US military strikes rather than US military aid, that it's in reference to the recent retaliation strikes against Iranian proxies after three American servicemembers were killed.
How many countries are we bombing or supporting through proxy wars right now?

You realize it's actually a good thing to be critical of our government regardless of which ~~sports team~~ party you belong to, right?
There is being critical and there is aiding Islamist propaganda.
Yes, both democrat and republican parties take military action when it supports our imperial interests. It's called the bipartisan consensus on foreign policy.
