There are a lot of shitty comments here, but personally, I'm glad to see that they actually arrested him, and that he will face justice for his actions. A background check isn't going to expose the things you do in secret that you haven't been caught for yet. This is a rare news report where a cop was arrested for breaking the law instead of being protected behind some thin blue line crap.
