The Russians as a people are fine, just a long history of getting stomped on so they're scared to fight the Mafia running their country.

But the Russian soldiers in Ukraine? Bunch of low-IQ psychopaths. Violent prisoners, people who thought war was a good idea, and generally a group of assholes who think it's fine to visit your neighbor's country and start killing people.
