Looks like you'll either have to make it yourself or find someone who can make it for you, neither option is particularly easy nor cheap
It's a protogen (original species by Koinu)! Uhhh... this one the visor I bought from someone but tinted myself, headpiece models also bought but i 3d printed, everything else done by me. Some people are willing to make them as commissions or premades though (however a lot of people make their own)!
