There's going to be pools of hair dye all over the place in that building.

I have no doubt the mugshot is going to be absolutely amazing.

Does Georgia automatically release mugshots or does that require a FOIA request?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 year ago

I originally saw the mugshots on meidastouch, but I'm not seeing the images on the fultoncountyga.gov site, just the jail record. They're definitely public record, just not sure of the source yet, else it may require a direct request to the sheriff's office (though no way should it actually require a FOIA request).

Oh shit I didn't even think of that! Oh man lol

Frank got greedy and started using the cheaper American oil. That's why it started running down his face.

I kinda don't get these articles. "Giuliani expected to surrender" the fuck else is he gonna do? Flee to Russia? Make a run for it? Cover himself in his own melting hair dye like Arnold Schwarzenegger trying to escape from the predator? I'd fucking love to see him try. But really the fuck else could he have even done?

Markie is either going to show up at the DA's office and roll on everyone, or do something really stupid.

Don't think he's the stupid type.

Yeah, this headline might read, "Guilliani required by law to surrender". Not news.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

And he’ll certainly have all his bail prearranged so he will show up and go home afterwards. I don’t see why they act like these people are actually being arrested or will actually even see bars.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is expected to surrender at the Fulton County Jail on Wednesday, multiple sources told ABC News. Lawyers for Giuliani will be meeting with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office early Wednesday to finalize a bond package before a surrender, sources said.

Giuliani, according to sources, has secured local counsel but is expected to be joined by his longtime friend and former NYC Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, who is assisting him through the process.

...

Giuliani has been charged with 13 counts, including violation of the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

I am was wondering why a former police commissioner would support him - lo and behold: "Bernard Bailey Kerik [...] is an American consultant and former police officer who was the 40th Commissioner of the New York Police Department from 2000 to 2001. As a convicted felon, he obtained a presidential pardon from President Donald Trump in 2020 for his numerous federal convictions for tax fraud, ethics violations, and criminal false statements."
