I just reinstalled windows and I realized that I forgot my favorite mouse cursor I found on DeviantArt, it's Mac inspired design and I only remembered "OS" at the end of its name (not MacOS) I anyone know something like that please tell me

I haven't used a non-OS cursor for probably 20+ years.

The last mouse cursor customization app I knew of ended up being bundled with a Weather application and was basically spyware.

There's your problem. You can install and use cursors directly in your OS settings, much like fonts. There's no need for a separate application to manage them.

It's not my problem; I don't use an app to customize the mouse cursor anyway. I would have done 20 years ago, but if you have instructions for setting a mouse cursor for Windows 98, that would have been helpful then.

Steam has a customizable app called YoloMouse which lets you do just about anything with your mouse cursor.
