Broadcasting it will do nothing to sway his supporters. For fucks sake they WATCHED the debates he was in and loved every second of it while anyone with more than a single brain cell watched him get absolutely trounced in every one of them with his incoherent babbling and factually incorrect statements
since they're cult zombies who are too far gone to be reachable, that means we can safely ignore what they think. we should turn our focus to the people who can still be reached instead and let the trump cultists cling to the trumptanic until it's finally over (most likely outcome: death by old age in prison) and maybe then we'll check back. until then, just assume everyone who still supports trump will continue to do so out of sheer loyalty until the bitter end and move on

safely ignore what they think, I mean. they're dangerous but their opinions and loyalties aren't subject to change and thus we need not worry about convincing them, only in stopping them from ruining the country

We already have excellent reporting on Trump's civil trial going on right now, proving that it can be done well.

Dude’s so far out of his depth and he has no idea. Federal courts don’t allow televised proceedings. Full stop.
They have allowed it before and will again if it's in the public benefit which judicially is a very high bar.
Notably in federal civil court there is no rule 53 barring video recording like there is for criminal trial.
