So Q3, Perez got his 2nd timed lap deleted due to track limits turn 1.

Is touching the white line enough to count staying on track? As this is from his 1st timed lap in Q3, last corner:

I think touching the white line is golden, going over is out.

The entirety of the car cannot be outside the white lines at any point or it's considered a track limits violation. On the line is totally fine and arguably ideal depending on what part of the track you're talking about.
