Here is an article that is not from a pro-Beijing media:
https://time.com/6293946/china-guangzhou-electric-wheelchairs-ebikes-scooters/
Why does the allegiance to country matter here? Am I missing something? Would we ask to get news about some silly domestic trend from a non pro-Washington source?
Because it normalises the site as reputable source. Yes, there are most certainly some unbiased articles there, but at the end of the day it is still a propaganda tool. Russia uses the same playbook with RussiaToday: Tons of propaganda and some factual news sprinkled in between, so they can point to those and claim "Its not just propaganda".
Being pro-Beijing doesn't just mean an allegiance to China, it means that the media supports the CCP which is an oppressive government that constantly violate human rights.
We say pro-Beijing because it is about the government, not the country.
But tankies always struggle to understand the difference between a government and a country.
Tankies
Far right detected. Instantly downvoted and disregarded.
Laziness, uh, finds a way.
If they were in a car, would they still be lazy?
I'm physically disabled and I need a wheelchair when I need to go a distance.
Its kinda shitty that they are ruining things for those that need it.
What's next? Buying a cane to use at the airport so they can board first?
They're not ruining anything.
From the article….. Some lawyers in China reportedly said that although the action is not illegal, the use of electric wheelchairs by healthy people raises moral concerns.
Having no morals is finally catching up with them. After CCP solve this one maybe they can get to work on people dragnetting our oceans
