I'm Australian so being an english speaker on the internet I have an opinion on American politics because no matter how hard I try to escape it I cant. So if I have to hear about it incessantly Im going to keep throwing my half informed opinion in.

But FUCK ME is the Harris/Walz ticket well thought out. You have a sitting Dem VP who is female and a POC with a history of being "tough on crime" and a male white late middle aged former high ranking NCO veteran with a history of some super liberal policies in his midwestern home state...

I have a hat.

The hat goes on when I leave the house or leave the office. Putting the hat on triggers me to stop for one second and actually think "Do I have everything I should have?" If I make it out of the house without the hat, I spend a proper minute or two double checking that I have everything because if I can forget the hat, I could forget anything.

Id even settle for a "master" app that just lets me log all my accounts into it and lets me search for whatever I want and if it isnt on something I have tells me what service its on.

Even if you arent good at improv "Thats a good question! I'm not sure, we should look that up!" Is an easy go-to.

Then after shower and get into bed we look up todays questions.

The sad thing is that as cars get more complicated, google is getting thousands of times worse and old forums and photobucket accounts get deleted its becoming very hard to do these days.

Also its kind of horrifying how fast all the parts prices add up, nothing takes the shine off the terrible (awesome) idea you have like realising you will spend $20k and take 2 years to lose a race to a $10k used car.

This is why I'm such a good car nerd. Ive built dozens of high performance cars with tools, ive built THOUSANDS using google.

At the moment Im spreadsheet building a new drag car. Before I buy a single part I know if its going to go together the way I plan, what all the major parts are going to cost and what jobs Ill have to send out and what they will cost. The weights and measurements of most parts and what kind of end quarter mile results it will put me in the ballpark of.

Now I know theres minorities and women who do vote red but if you look at the population based on percentages white men are only 31% of the population, White women 30%, 12% black, 18% Hispanic. If she pulls white women, and the POC (not to mention the LGBT+ vote) she could absolutely walk it in. She just needs to convince those people to get up off their asses and vote in record numbers.

Socks and slides is only acceptable footwear for taking the bin to the kerb or checking the mailbox. If you're wearing them in public I immediately assume you are a classless dumbass and your opinion on anything is irrelevant.

A high end tablet press can make over 1.5 million tablets an hour with no additional consumables or ingredients, Its purely mechanical. Conventional tablets will definitely be cheaper to manufacture but not to the degree that they are sold at in retail markets the whole sales chain of gel capsules are deliberately marking up the product because if you have trouble swallowing conventional tablets you WILL pay the markup.
