~~I hate to say that, but killing a unharmed, fleeing soldier is a war crime.~~

Well, according to ICRC website, fleeing is a reason for loss of protection, so no, this is a legit use of explosive. Did he attempt to surrender, he could have survived.

But a cruise missile that can change direction, maybe even hit moving targets.

The wartime version of "Ok boomer".

Looks like someone learned about inertia today.

Because they feel OpReSsEd.

I suppose that their excuse is that it is better than Ukrainian getting them (not that they have any habits of looting, that's more a Russian bad habit).

Removed the parental advice part. I didn't want to be an asshole, believe me.

To me it looks like you don't have enough power, either on the Pi4 side to decode, or the mini-pc to encode.

And I'd add to that that if our thermal dissipation is overwhelmed, our internal heat build up. To do that heat dissipation, we need to have an environment that suck out more heat out of us than what we produce. If the environment is too hot, the heat build up and as Deadrek says, our internal inner workings beak down.

That why we sweat. Water suck out a lot more heat than air, because it wants to saturate the ambiante air, and to do that it suck up our body heat to become steam. Rince and repeat (literally).

But once the air is to humid, it gets more and more difficult for our sweat to evaporate, which makes it ineffective. That why we can kinda survive in a 90°C + sauna (albeit not for long, but for a different reason), but not in a 37°C (98°F) 100% humidity place like some tropical rainforest. At least, not without specialized acclimatation and survival techniques.

Considering he looks like he is in camo, with no indication of his journalist status, I'd call it fair game. You can't really wait for an identity check when flying a FPV drone in enemy territory.

Oh, my bad 😂

I meant that I was hesitant.

As you can see, English is not my main language.

Hi there.

I'm a bit hesitant about allowing or not linking to the website archives.
For the time being, and while we discuss about it among the mods, I'd like to ask you to refrain from posting any link to said archive.
If we decide to allow it, I'll restore the comments containing said links I've removed.

Thank you for your understanding.

Final Edit :

After carefully considering both sides arguments, and talking about it with LM admins and the mod team, we decided to keep the direct links removed.

LM allows meta-discussions around piracy, but not linking to possible pirated content. As we do not have the means and resources to check the whole 12Go dump to make sure no there is no copyrighted content in one of those Rom Hacks. More information here.

Rom Hacking is a gray area which is, depending on your location and/or interpretation of your local law, allowed or not. LW is under EU Jurisdiction (see that part of the TOS), and has to abide with rather restrictive law on that matter. There is unfortunately no broad "fair use" exception in that jurisdiction, only specific exceptions listed here. None of them seem to be applicable to Rom Hacks, which mean that they are to be considered potentially illegal under LW jurisdiction.
