So basically we can do nothing lol

At the end of the day if you don't want them using your data don't give it to them. It's the only way.

Don't use their service. Get a privacy focused browser. Get an ad blocker. Disable 3rd party cookies. Container off the sites. Only use the Internet to view furry porn.

Then you're totally protected.

Yeah they've been very upfront about their targets. They want to attack places that are actively being used to attack them

They are only asking to target places that are being used to actively attack them though. Airfields and the like. So I don't personally see a difference between attacking across the border at troops vs aircraft.

Honestly it's fucking ridiculous at this point. Giving them weapons but limiting their use. I can't think of other times this has happened.

100% and if it's a website I'll likely lose a few hours digging around to see how it's done.

I would argue 911 is for emergencies that 100% need to be dealt with immediately.

This feels like calling it in and letting them decide priority is better. It could be anything.

Women are so cute and I have a good day at work

That was unpleasant to watch but hell of a shot.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say money

I struggle to think of another war where allies gave a country weapons but limited how they could use them against the enemy.

They are at war. Untie their hands for God's sake.

More data doesn't mean more processing.

They have a fixed number of interconnected nodes that encode the data via the weights between them.

So processing requirements are the same. Training is where a lot of power goes though.

This also gives it the ability to solve things we don't have an equation for. As long as we know the input and output we can train an NN to do the calculations even if we don't know the equation ourselves.

The black box nature is a problem but that's also where it's power comes from.
