If your party is so afraid of losing, just because there are third parties, then they should get stronger candidates. Welcome to democracy. I get to vote for who I want. As is my right.

The topic is about hypocrisy. You ignoring this is being disingenuous, deliberately ignoring the point of this article and why people have heavily down voted you.

I have addressed this though. Go back and read my posts. It IS about hypocrisy. And my point was that pointing out the hypocrisy is fine, but making fun and/or shaming because the person was a hypocrite was not.

My original post was actually pointing out the hypocrisy of many of the comments here. I even had one saying that "making fun of him wearing a dress is ok because it's satire." That's hypocrisy.

Pointing it out is fine. But in my view making fun of him is NOT fine and stoops down to the republican's level.

And also, if you read my comments and their replies, some people actually agreed with me.

I don't care about downvotes. It's the interwebs. This means nothing to me. Plus I am not even voting for the republican or the democratic party. I support and vote for the Green Party.

Really? Think about that. I haven't called you or any of the people saying harsh things about me, any names. But I have been called plenty of names.

I'm voting Green Party so in the scheme of things, I don't care that much. I mean, I'll defend myself, but I'm not as obsessed or emotionally attached to the subject as many in this thread seem to be.

Yes, I did. Is there supposed to be a waiting period before we can start posting and creating communities? How long did YOU wait after you signed up, before you started posting?

Because I started posting right when I signed up. And I created communities I was interested in. Also, I only created the Green Party because so many Lemmy's yelled at me, and stated incorrect information because I posted a Green Party article to this sub.

So actually you all inspired it! isn't that awesome!

Not true. They are called "community" in Lemmy speak. Just like creating a subreddit in Reddit. They are created when...you create one. And I sure am getting plenty of downvotes in the communities, for them not being "active." Hmmm....

And if you don't think my communities count because they haven't reached whatever number you think is appropriate, then you have nothing to be worried about. Right?

I mean, after all, I am just a guy, posting to my inactive communities. So seems like I should be of least concern to you. Right?

And I'm still voting for 3rd party. And because of all the moaning and stalker messages I have been getting from you guys, I decided to really up my local volunteer efforts for the party, donated to both Stein's campaign and the Green Party general fund and bought a shirt. So thank you, again! :)
