Check out Paint.net. Free and there are a lot of plugins to extend functionality.

Fuck Adobe.

Nah. Money is simply the mechanism that reveals true character.

The drilled holes indicate that it has some use, just one that's not immediately obvious.

Kinda looks like pegs could be inserted then used sort of like a weaving loom. Or maybe the holes had bristles of some kind and it is a brush.

Gaming laptops are great for those who don't understand they're getting a slower, harder to upgrade and more expensive system than a desktop.

Unless a college student in Tokyo with half a square foot of desk space, or travel a lot and like to game at the hotel, there are very few reasonable justifications for a gaming laptop. And even with those justifications they are a less-than-ideal situation. A desktop is always a better solution when feasible.

knowingly or unknowingly

Oh they know. Changing definitions is textbook propaganda.

its all energy. What is energy? Uh…

This. This so much. What the hell is energy and what enables it to exist?

Published science requires peer review. Big difference.

"good for the community" isn't relevant to being science.

If you remain perfectly still, you’ll stop sinking at your waist

I'm not sure you understand buoyancy. Floating objects float, they don't sink no matter how much thrashing about. And while quicksand is denser than water, it's still not dense enough to float a human at their waist, it's actually around their chest.

Nobody dies from drowning in quicksand. Ever. It's always dehydration/fatigue.

Nope. Sand+water is less buoyant than you. You float. Death comes from dehydration or exhaustion. Not from drowning.

Definitely, I'm assuming you drink that hot and hot drinks don't generate condensation. All you need is a heat barrier and ceramic is great for that no matter what kind of finish it has.
