On your feed hit the 3 dots for post options. Tap Filter and select the instance. Done?

If that does a list of tabs to the side try the addon "tree style tabs". The only downside is that because it is an add on you need to hide the top tabs manually with css. Been using it for years. Love it.
When you open a new blank tab you can have like 10 pinned websites in the middle. Sometimes 1-2 of them are sponsored links that you can click the 3 dots and dismiss. That's all I've noticed
