Buying from shitty companies that exploit a country won't help people on that country.

Those companies do not inject money on the cities they enter. They bribe politicians for advantages, destroy the natural resources, and go as close to slave work as they can while paying no taxes.

Choose whatever laptop you like, and do a quick search on the model for incompatibilities. If there's something critical or long-term, like a very specific hardware module not working well without its proprietary driver, consider changing, but most of the time, Linux will just work.

For distro, PopOS is good. It doesn't come with a bunch of bloatware, but it is also not barebones. Mint is also a great choice.

Or spend a lot of time reverse engineering the game and fixing shit, and completely losing interest in playing once the game is running perfectly.

I really like the identation aproach, or begin/end instead of curly braces or parenthesis. When people start to nest things too deep, it gets painful to look at.

There's more than one way to boycott something. I still search stuff there, but giving nothing back, i block ads and trackers, do not post, comment, or vote. For them, i am just a waste of server resources.
