It makes a bit more sense if you think of the ATF as the FDA but for guns. They're supposed to be the subject matter expert. So it's not completely out of line for the court to ask them to explain matters relating to guns.

This is a very privileged position to take. Certain demographics in our country are facing genocide at the hands of one party.
"Same old cycle" is right wing propaganda. Biden is by far the most progressive president we've ever had.
I will never understand the proclivity to just make numbers and shit up when the sum of all human knowledge is at your finger tips.
