The solution would be to increase the lowest tax bracket then.

I'd rather not further cement tips as a fundamental part of our economic system. It's gotten so stupid to the point where you get asked for a tip before any service has even occurred and then the "service" is often just counter service which used to not be tipped. By not taxing this income, you're encouraging more income to be paid through tips to avoid taxes. When you're making all these little exemptions and special cases, maybe it's time to rethink the fundamental system so that it works better as a base case rather than having all these poorly-applied bandaids.

Wouldn't they want to roll this out to all users as soon as possible to save on bandwidth? They have an "are you still watching?" prompt to save on bandwidth as well, right?

This is getting in the way of America relying on unwitting Americans to spread disinformation.

Looking at the stock price movement today, it doesn't seem like the shareholders care, in fact it went up a significant amount probably because they were thinking it'd be worse. They'll care if it continues to get worse, but for now they don't seem to mind.

It was legalized federally in Canada in 2018, so it'll probably be around 2028 when it's legalized federally in the US, just like it took a decade for the US to legalize gay marriage after Canada did it.

If you're going to be a troll, at least make it entertaining.

You parrot tired talking points by economists whose job is to run PR for the rich and then when challenged on it you say the also tired "not how this works" line. Go ahead and explain how it works then. Tell us all how consumers having more money to spend on more products and services is bad, but more money going into fewer hands is great for the economy.
