The best option is going to be a USB drive that has an external key entry feature. Kingston IronKey has these and its as simple as enter a key and plug in. I use them at work and it works on all the major OSes. They're not cheap though so if you want or are looking for a free solution then something like VeraCrypt portable and an encrypted container will be your next best option.

Personally, I believe he's a piece of shit traitor and so too are all the Republicans that follow and listen to him.
Scientists have been freaking out over this (and climate change in general) for a while now. The problem is that not enough people are listening. Worse is some are actively fighting against them and any solutions.

Which is fair. Trump has indeed not been convicted of the crime. The court of public opinion would disagree but until a legal decision is handed down we should presume innocent until proven guilty.
As for the links I found the first to be about a House resolution for impeachment based around Biden's handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan and some comments he had as Vice president related to it. The second is an opinion piece conflating the withdrawal with giving aid to an enemy. As the withdrawal provided the Taliban an opportunity to return to power. Nevermind that Trump started it in the first place. It seems the GOP "plan" is to throw shit at the wall and see what sticks.
