What's the difference between "College" and "University"? in c/[email protected]

In Ireland they mean the same thing. i.e. third level education, the place where undergraduates get a bachelors degree.

Nope. None of this affects Fedora. Fedora is upstream from RHEL, meaning code from Fedora is contributed towards Redhat Enterprise Linux, and not the other way around
