well, that shouldnt have been a surprising find. we've already had millions of examples of people talking out of their arses over the years.

With the runners of the study finding that they were unable to replicate such a technique, it lends credibility to the claim that story may have been fabricated.

i'd say that's the point? the dog is looking at the limited colours it can see, not comprehending that the researcher that laid out the graph has an increased ability in perceiving colours.

it's a manifestation of the dunning-kruger effect.

TIL about pademelons. they're definitely more intriguing than their kin, watermelons and muskmelons.

it's not just the government. that's pretty much the response of any of the majority that voted for that government. it's embedded into our culture.

pointing out a mistake is greater sacrilege than committing that mistake in the first place. press freedom is the lowest it's been. and we have things like stand-up comics being arrested for "hurting sensitivities".

the OP is right. we indians will always sweep info about our mistakes under the rug and this country, therefore, will never improve.

i haven't seen it yet. i have a sort of obsession with order so i'll watch it only after watching close encounters of the first kind and close encounters of the second kind.

my apologies for the long screenshot. i had purchased adguard's vpn service for five years since its primary adguard service is well know in the iapple ecosystem.

on android, though, their app appears to send data to a lot of third-parties. has it always been this compromised? am i a fool to go for their vpn services as well?
