On the one hand Blinken looks like he's about to break down and start weeping. Biden and the woman from the IMF, on the other hand, look like they're about to vomit out of sheer contempt

Probably the latter, Blinken is a stone cold sociopath that gets off on "uppity" people getting put in "their place" or worse.
