Considering my career is in IT, have no problem getting work advice from Lemmy lol.
But the other niches are woefully under-represented. I’ve seen other nurses on here, no idea if there is a nursing community on Lemmy. I think posting general questions and advice can help grow a more niche community. But it would take work to do that might not interest the nurses on Lemmy right now.
I’ve been trying to grow [email protected] not a mod there or anything. I’d just like the community to grow so I don’t have to rely on Reddit's fantasy football sub. I deleted my account so I don’t have the ability to comment or ask for advice there anymore, but I do try to post relevant information and game threads for discussion on Lemmy’s community.
