Yeah you'd think so, at least I did too. But noooo the good people at moccamaster decided to have a small reservoir, with water from the last brew, that'll drain out through the tube in the middle when you turn it upside down. That exact thing you're hoping to accidentally discover at shit-o-clock... I was not a happy camper that night.
