I mean, you'd get me with that.
On the downside, our dates would be a dirty affair, and not in the sexy way.

I was already bricked up at the bug voyeurism tbh

If that line doesn’t work, move on. They’re not worth your time.

As an amature photographer, yes, I do. I absolutely love doing that

as a professional photographer same, but you do need the other person to help, those little bastards are fast

Definitely! Idk about you but I like to bring a cup with like a little screen on the lid and I capture as many as I can and then I look at them for a bit to find the coolest one and then let the rest go. After a little photoshoot I let the cool one go too.

man, I don't think I have that much patience and finesse to do that. I'd release all of them on accident so many times

Well, it's that, or I sit in one spot flipping over leaves to try and find little fungus, and that's not nearly as fun, and I don't have a good enough camera and stacking programs to take a good photo of something that small.

you keep taking photos of cool bugs patient man! I'll stick to setting my camera to like 1/1000 shutter speed and trying to capture one as it sprints away from me lmaoo

Lol ya I got pretty frustrated by that, so that's why I started capturing them. Once they are captured, they kinda just calm down a bit. It can also help to bring some food too. Once they are a little more calm and start eating, they are much easier to take pics of.

ouu, that's a great idea actually. Thanks! :) I'll try that next time I'm in a bug photography mood

I, a sysadmin, misunderstood this joke completely.
