Maybe it’s a bad community but not a whole bad instance?
ah ok, well question still stands if anyone knows of a list of instances to block like that.
Alternatively, you could browse by Subscription and never encounter any community you didn't want to.
That doesn't solve the issue though that just locks you in your own little box
