I am right handed and browse 1 handedly, using the up and downvotes to hide seen posts.

Now after the change I need to use my left hand to reach to the otherside

Yeah I thought I was over crazy but before the update it Was right handed right? Looking forward to the setting that allows me to change it back

Just added in newest beta, use Comment Customization Right Handed and it should swap the up/down back to the right side

Have you tried the mark as read on scroll option?
