Salmon is almost made to go with soy and miso so I agree.

Well that's strange. I thought I cross posted it from [email protected]. Oh well anyway, I didn't really use a recipe. Just mixed some miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little maple syrup and let the salmon marinade overnight. And the I cooked it in my air fryer and glazed near the end of cooking.

The stir fry was just green beans, mushrooms, and baby corn fried in a wok with a soy garlic butter sauce. Just minced garlic, soy sauce and a lot of butter. Also msg and onion powder.
