That's a shame. I guess it would show the CGI up more than it has already aged. I did watch the movie before it came out in special previews in the UK, and... Nathan and Morena came out after the showing. Truly nuts.

I associate with truth in such a context as a documentary-Wikipedia style of delivery and already that is quite difficult to do neutral, as sour

Expecting that is silly.

Did they release it in HD?

Which is really damn stupid because they are continually advertising on social media to me. Abroad... and British. Great way to spend!

Simon Stone reported today: Bayern Munich pair Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui are both on their way for medicals before completing their respective moves to Manchester United.

West Ham United are set to complete the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka after agreeing personal terms with the Manchester United defender.

The Athletic reported on Saturday that West Ham and United had struck an agreement on a £15million fee for the 26-year-old full-back.

He will undergo a medical on Monday before finalising his move to east London.

Successful talks between Wan-Bissaka’s representatives and West Ham took place on Sunday evening to resolve issues that had threatened to delay the move.

Wan-Bissaka will sign a five-year contract at the London Stadium.

West Ham have been keen to strengthen their right-back options this summer after versatile full-back Ben Johnson joined Ipswich Town on a free transfer.

Wan-Bissaka will become the third defensive reinforcement to be added to new head coach Julen Lopetegui’s squad following the summer arrivals of Max Kilman from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Jean-Clair Tobido from Nice.

The 26-year-old joined United from Crystal Palace in 2019 for an initial transfer fee of £45m, with another £5m due in potential bonuses.

He has made 190 first-team appearances for United across his five seasons at the club, scoring twice.

Diogo Dalot has often been preferred in the right-back position at United by manager Erik ten Hag, with Wan-Bissaka spending much of the 2023-24 season deputising at left-back for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia — both of whom had long-term injuries.

Ain't no way I'm putting any Chelsea players in my Fantasy Football... which has six options for a Chelsea keeper! Have they found another cheat code?

As the other person said, don't lie: I have to go out, I'll be back soon. And go.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 month ago

Help, then when it's time, go for your appointment, say you'll be back soon (give them a time if need be), then do it.

“ignorant,”

I just checked this, and I did not say that, I said "your ignorance". If you're going to (try and) quote me, do it properly instead of lying.

Apologies, I was responding to the other person and didn't see your username.

Indeed, essays do, I was being hyperbolic to highlight how much you wrote yet still managed to completely miss the point. I guess hyperbole was missed at your school, eh?

You suggested that you are too above and beyond the subject by saying others are "obsessed" and "emotionally attached". Interesting that you are now embodying hypocrisy yourself. Which words are civil and uncivil, if you'd care to make a list?

Okay: obsessed, emotionally attached

Not okay: disingenuous

Please be mindful of civility.

I’m not as obsessed or emotionally attached to the subject as many in this thread seem to be.

Yet you posted an essay and still missed the point.

Disingenuous is an adjective, and accurate to how I perceive you. I haven't used crude language despite your assertions.

Not so surprising... funny how they don't ask for Ceuta to be given back.

The place I want to do an online session with is not so responsive online and mainly (or solely?) does in-person visits, in a different country.

Looking for a recommendation for ASD/ADHD support, someone who is knowledgeable about meds (I already have mine), side effects, long-term usage, etc.

Thanks.

I was initially given Ritalin (10mg pills) to try out; I cut them into four pieces each and spread it over the next month and a half. It worked well, allowed me to work, and felt 'smooth'.

I ran out, found that they are expensive here (I was diagnosed and prescribed a week of pills - 14 - initially in Taiwan), and went to Thailand (neighbouring country) to get more. Turns out the place I went to only had Rubifen, a generic variant. It was about the same as I paid for Ritalin so I thought why not, and got enough to get me through the next year.

Fast forward a month and a half... when I am on my 'off' days (Sat & Sun, when I don't need to work or study), I am now reacting to things pretty badly. I snapped at my partner very easily, I almost put a window through because I knocked a bottle over, and generally had a miserable weekend. With Rubifen, I feel fine, able to complete tasks, work and whatnot. Without it I'm not sure I should be around other people. Is this normal? Will it level off or should I go and get something else instead?
