This is also fake. Those are all incorrect.

Why are you talking about Angolan political parties? You're not in the graduate seminar now. You have to actually explain the connections. "Largest unaligned economy". That's code for "no one else wants to trade with these guys".

Americans are as nakedly hostile to an independent Cuba as the CCP is to an independent Taiwan.

No one in America outside of Cubans cares about Cuba policy, and they don't want normalization. There's no animosity outside of Miami.

You were right in the first half, but completely wrong in the second. Yeah, it's possible to get rid of the embargo. As soon as the older Cubans pass away, it will be much easier electorally. People in the future will ask "why wasn't it done earlier"; it's because of single issue voters.

Cuba represents an alternative viable economic system

"Viable"? No. No one is afraid of the Cuban economy. Even the citizens of Venezuela have rejected Maduro, and they have a good view of the Cuban style economy.

Gaza and Libya don't have economic systems anywhere close to Cuba. They are not even aligned politically. "They might not like the US at some point in their history" is not a political alignment.

At the head of this pantheon was Yahweh, held in an especially high regard as the two Israelite kingdoms' national god.[3] Some scholars hold that the goddess Asherah was worshipped as Yahweh's consort,[3] though other scholars disagree.[4] Following this duo were second-tier gods and goddesses, such as Baal, Shamash, Yarikh, Mot, and Astarte

Betting markets are not good at predicting outcomes. They are good at making money. Book makers just balance the bets coming in.

Imagine an event that has a perfect 50/50 chance of happening, but one side has more people and money betting on it. Book makers just use the odds offered to balance the money so they always make 10%. That means they don't offer 50/50 odds.

Russia: Spends months trying to capture a random city 25 miles from their border. Ukrainian defenses were somehow "missing" (sabotage). Stalemate.

Ukraine: Spends days capturing a specific important natural gas objective. Russian defenses are also missing (lazy). Success.

Yeah, we all know that high school teaching attracts the scummiest people. The "political class" (whatever that is) loves toiling away for no money and no status.

The actual answer is even dumber than you think. He's so old he confused two completely different people, and lied about discussing Kamala Harris.

Why doesn't he step down so a qualified person can run? His mind is clearly made of mush.

“Willie is the short Black guy living in San Francisco,” Holden said. “I’m a tall Black guy living in Los Angeles.

“I guess we all look alike,” Holden told POLITICO, letting out a loud laugh.

Ehh, maybe. Many people are trying as hard as they can, sometimes with undiagnosed mental issues. "Act like an adult" is only good advice if you are just lazy.

Maybe "move to a cheaper area so you can afford a house" is better advice.

I'm saying that info is readily available to doctors in real life. They are literally in the hospital and know what the socioeconomic background of the patient is. In real life they would be able to guess the same.

Biopsies are small but still invasive. There's risk of infection or reactions to anesthesia in any surgery. If 100 million women get this test, a 5% false positive rate will mean 5 million unnecessary interventions. Not to mention the stress of being told you have cancer.

5 million unnecessary interventions means a small percentage of those people (thousands) will die or be harmed by the treatment. That's the harm that it causes.

That's actually really smart. But that info wasn't given to doctors examining the scan, so it's not a fair comparison. It's a valid diagnostic technique to focus on the particular problems in the local area.

Trump is old and quite weird.

Mostly posted this for the picture of trump looking "old and quite weird".

The meeting at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence was requested by Netanyahu, sources familiar with the planning told CNN. It comes on the heels of the prime minister’s address to Congress and meetings with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris at the White House. Harris, now the presumptive Democratic nominee, conveyed a forcefulness on civilian suffering and ending the war following her time with the prime minister.

The president also appeared to have trouble raising a glass of water to his mouth during a speech at West Point a day before he turned 74, the oldest a president has been in his first term.

President Trump faced new questions about his health on Sunday, after videos emerged of him gingerly walking down a ramp at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and having trouble bringing a glass of water to his mouth during a speech there.

Mr. Trump — who turned 74 on Sunday, the oldest a U.S. president has been in his first term — was recorded hesitantly descending the ramp one step at a time after he delivered an address to graduating cadets at the New York-based academy on Saturday. The academy’s superintendent, Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, walked alongside him. Mr. Trump sped up slightly for the final three steps, as he got to the bottom.

Remember this shit? Fucking vote.

President Donald Trump stood in front of the White House press corps on Tuesday afternoon and vented.

What was billed as a press conference rapidly turned into a quasi-campaign event, with the President of the United States free-associating about his general election opponent, the state of the country and the media. Even by Trump standards, it was a shocking performance – suggesting a level of volatility and unpredictability that has to terrify Republicans trying to run and win campaigns while sharing the same ballot with Trump in November.

  1. “That basically means no windows, no nothing. It’s very hard to do. I tell people when they want to go into some of these buildings, how are your eyes because they won’t be good in five years.”

White nationalist: Trump gives nothing but racist tweets

President Donald Trump’s racist comments about Democratic congresswomen have won him renewed support from white supremacists who had been losing faith that he was the hero they wanted to create a prospering White America.

Trump told the four women of color that they should “go back” to the “crime infested places” they came from, even though three of the four were born in the US and the fourth is a naturalized citizen.

“Man, President Trump’s Twitter account has been pure fire lately. This might be the funniest thing he’s ever tweeted. This is the kind of WHITE NATIONALISM we elected him for,” wrote Andrew Anglin on his Daily Stormer site – one of the most highly trafficked neo-Nazi websites.

The Biden administration is moving Ukraine ahead of other countries that were slated to receive air defense missiles, the latest move in its effort to rush urgently needed weapons to Kyiv.

The U.S. will “reprioritize” deliveries of Patriots and National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems missiles planned for a select group of other countries so that the munitions coming off the production line will instead go to Ukraine, John Kirby, spokesperson for the National Security Council, announced Thursday.

“Something snapped in this guy—for real—when he lost in 2020,” Biden said. “He can’t accept the fact that he lost, it’s literally driving him crazy.”

"First of all, he's actually not comfortable with going to jail. That is just bravado."

He said that he has "talked to Trump associates" who said Trump "doesn't want to serve time."

You can't cut any taxes or programs to fund your idea. Nothing else in your government is going to change. It can't be a tax that you avoid somehow. The money comes from you and similar people in your situation. Don't try to get around it in some way.

What would you pay more taxes to support?

Looks like the missile hit a radar dish.

Satellite imagery released over the past 24 hours has revealed evidence of probable damage at an Iranian air base following an Israeli strike in the early hours of Friday morning.

Iran says the attack involved drones that were neutralised by air defences.

An Umbra Space image captured after Friday's strike shows damage and debris around one component - probably a radar - which has also shifted position slightly.

This assessment was confirmed by an optical satellite image captured by Planet which, despite low resolution, shows a scorch mark at the same location.

“As trains — many carrying hazardous material — have grown longer, crews should not be getting smaller,” said Eddie Hall, the president of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen union. He praised the FRA for taking the step President Joe Biden promised. Hall said keeping two people in the cab of a locomotive is crucial now that railroads rely on longer trains that routinely stretch for miles.
