I used to be really confused by the "fake it 'till you make it crowd" but in the recent years I realized how far it can take you when people just think that you are rich. I really can't wait until this planet sluffs us off like fleas and something better comes along in a million years.

I've never met a prompt and reliable drug dealer.

I'm convinced that these conspiracies are spawned from racism towards non white civilizations. It's easier for them to believe an imagined space God came there and built something rather than the indigenous people. There is also probably some need to believe that we are always at the peak of human progress in all things but in reality the story is more complicated.

I always preferred the term "Arena Shooter" but it may have more specific meaning than any game that vaguely has elements popular in fps games of the 90s that I think "Boomer Shooter" is usually trying to communicate.

I caught it in my 30s and it was two weeks of misery. I had never been that sick with a respiratory virus in my life. It's easy to see it being dangerous for the very young and old.

Raising animals for meat isn't inherently an awful thing for the environment. There is land that is useful for grazing but unsuitable for growing crops. Turning inedible grasses into meat is very useful but industrial scale grain fed and fattened meat production clearly is a problem.
