Two game boy DMGs, one kept original and one modded with a new shell, membrane, and LCD screen. It's a great hobby restoring them.

There are a couple of really cool Metroid Zero Mission rom hacks called Metroid Spooky mission and Metroid Spooky Mission 2 which are high quality and fun to play on the GBA.
I also picked up the Resident Evil bundle earlier this year that I should fire up. RE4 is my jam.

Seconded, I have been very happy with my last 2 purchases of Acer refurbished laptops from the official Acer store on eBay.
Here's one that came to mind: Heiankyo Alien for the Gameboy DMG. I remember playing this a ton in the car as a kid. It's a game where you have to dig holes for aliens to fall in and bury them to kill them.
Looks cool, Fantasy Life on the 3DS was a fun game.

That's a bummer, I had a Moto E and couple of Moto G phones in the past which were great, but once I started seeing reviews that older generations were better than new ones that were coming out I decided to try using an older flagship (Galaxy S10+ for $200 in 2022) and it's been a solid experience. Sounds like I should continue going that route once security updates end on this phone.
