The car full of hammer and sickles in the background though ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ that's metaphorical gold

I was looking for Sleep As Android too!! Separately to this I saw a comment on R a while ago asking for FOSS alternatives, and to say the dev's response was out-of-touch would be an understatement. They just complained about not being able to make a living from a FOSS app...

Regarding Gadgetbridge though, those devs and contributors are running into more and more accessories using encrypted protocols which is a bit worrying. Right now I've settled on the BangleJS which has official support, just wish it had a more accurate heart rate sensor!

My dream FOSS health app would be some concoction of OpenScale and Gadgetbridge ๐Ÿ˜‚

Pirate websites like this usually rely on the shadier ad networks baked into these kinds of video streaming sites to make their money.

There's no financial incentive to use BitTorrent based streaming, and if they did I feel the torrents would die rapidly just due to the amount of leechers with barely any seeders to offset the ratio disparity (Unless some kind of webseed was available ?)

The Grayjay app includes an entire development environment for plugins.

No idea why the keyboard app is "large". Could it be for support on obsolete Android devices where they've needed to re-implement missing APIs and features entirely themselves (like Firefox/Fennec and the Share menu)?

They could also be using completely different local AI tooling, or a custom trained model that has a higher space footprint compared to other similar apps. As always the true answer lies in the available code...

Edit: Grayjay's = The Grayjay

Ordered back in Feb and just got delivered!

As soon as I saw the PS1 version release a while back, I was eager to get a PS2 version to backup the single 8MB card I've owned since my first PS2. I got all my games pre-owned back then, so sadly none came with extra memory cards ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Initially I ran into some issues copying the save files from my old 8MB to this one (using wLE), ended up turning off the "Game ID" MCP setting so all saves get copied to the same VMC instead of dedicated ones for each game.

Apparently this card works on the PS3 too if you hold the front right button while connecting the USB, looking forward to that since I have some PS1 saves trapped in there...

Absolutely love the ability to share links from my android and have them open automagically on my linux HTPC. Also made a command shortcut for my laptop so I can unlock it from my android. Really versatile

Precisely this

Mine can also dehydrate food super quickly with a variable fan speed, which my traditional oven can't do without burning through a ton of unnecessary energy

That thread could do with one of these: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_retardant

This kind of stuff happens all the time IMO, we're human and not perfect ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I don't know how much of a help ChatGPT would be in this situation without access to your schema, at least with Copilot you can write a comment in the code explaining what you're trying to do and get some usable pointers in the generated suggestion (which takes your codebase into account).

I usually try to get a second pair of eyes on my code if something that seems relatively simple isn't working as expected... As you gain more experience these mistakes will become less common, and easier to spot

FFmpeg (libavcodec) is just one of 22 codecs that VLC is shipped with

Embrace it, make the most of it. Anyone else's criticism of you solely based on your age is frankly irrelevant IMO, and not worth even thinking about...

Lying about your age could be a problem in certain scenarios, like say some kind of medical situation, or even if a coworker expresses romantic interest with the belief that your age is something completely different. It's not ideal, but I would probably suggest to tread carefully with it.

Don't know the dynamics of your work assignment - however if you trust your manager it might be worth having a quick conversation about it to see if you can at least be put onto tasks that take your body's condition into consideration.

Micromobility is pretty active if you're interested in product coverage and news. As for more organic content, it's pretty infrequent in any of the existing bicycle communities โ˜น๏ธ

After one Google search on my work laptop I was looking for searx instances - a lot of those were going down too due to rate limiting ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I bought a 3d printer off Ebay which got delivered not too long ago, and it came with 2 sd cards - one with a build video and some demo print files, but worryingly another card that has all the previous owner's personal files on there.

Not sure whether to format it, or to contact the seller offering to send the card back (free of charge)... how would you prefer to be approached in a similar situation?

Edit: No gcode files are on the card, just 30gb of pictures, music and videos. Sent the seller a message offering to upload it to cloud or to send the card back
