I’ve been drinking it for lunch every other day for a month or two and it’s pretty great. I keep going back and googling if it’s actually healthy because I seems too good to be true but I keep finding articles that say it’s either decently healthy or at least better than ordering food every day for lunch like I had been doing.
I like to spread out drinking the serving over a period of time so that I don’t get tempted to snack later. I actually love the strawberry shortcake flavor and look forward to drinking it. No side effects for me!!
