Which is worse, if I use ketchup, or if I thoroughly enjoy how chewy and flavorless it is plain?
Just chew it till you work out the last bits of flavor, then spit it out and start working on the next piece.

Well done steaks are fine as long as they aren't dry... This picture is of a piece of meat most of the way to jerky without anything that makes jerky good.
It would make a wonderful stew!

there's a whole 2 of us! seriously though, if there's pink it gives me a stomach ache. as I've gotten older I can just about tolerate a medium well, but I still prefer well done.
HERESY
I prefer rare, but it's also good well done if it has a good steak sauce. Maybe I'm just hungry right now.
