(That is not even taking into account where someone is being a transparent dickbag and then whining when they get moderated for it, which I suspect is what’s going on here and why they don’t want to go into any details)

what biggest instance mod abuse problem?

go to your profile. add the instance you have a problem with to your block list. Never have “mod abuse problems” from that instance again

You made a new account to complain nobody else is solving your problem. If you don't like the moderation in a community, start your own community. If you don't like the moderation on an instance, start your own instance. That's the beauty of federation. Lemmy is so small right now, everyone will see your new community and if they like the content they will participate

Move to another instance, then.

That's the beauty of the fediverse. You're not bound to an instance. You can even set up your own.

Lemmy's answer to mod abuse is for the community to leave and form a new one.

Developers can't do anything and generally the admins and mods have a far tighter working relationship than other websites. Mods are also volunteers; they don't get paid.

Are you aware that you simply don't have to use anything from that instance?

That's the beauty of Lemmy, nothing here is centralized. Simply block that instance and don't interact with anything from them.

If you miss some of their communities you can create your own equivalents and try to encourage people to join yours instead of theirs.

I'm not sure of the specifics you refer to, but it sounds a bit like walled-garden-thinking that there's a central authority that can enforce rules. Lemmy is very different in that regard, every instance is subject to its owner/admin and as long as mods operate within what the operator finds acceptable, it goes.

That's one of the worst Lemmy instances imo.

I’ve had issues with with FlyingSquid in the past. I ended up switching to a new instance because Lemmy.world is overflowing with douchebags.

What are you doing about it? If you want something to change, then take it upon yourself rather than complain to others that "this needs to change". That's your red wagon, baby.
