how am i supposed to occupy my time past like 6pm, all i can think about is the impending need for sleep and thus the coming to do list of tomorrow

Go to bed? If you can't enjoy an evening you may as well skew your day so once you've done everything you do for the day it's time for sleep

(This is not conducive to a social life btw)

Yeah, it's either I fall asleep stupid early or stay up late not doing what I want because of my anxiety/depression/ADHD. If I ever actually do something the way I want it's so rare and I'm already in my head about how rare it is and the effort involved gets me out of it after only an hour or two.
